Australian Weight Training Workout Routines Explained
The Workout Routines at Australian Weight Training are designed to be the most effective and efficient training plans available. Unlike a lot of other programs that you may have followed in the past this is not a bunch of random exercises just thrown together. The best exercises have been selected, modified and placed in a particular order so that your body responds as rapidly as possible. The larger muscle groups are always trained first and are given the highest volume of sets and exercises. It is a proven scientific approach that has been tested over years of intense, technical, results-driven training.
But I haven’t walked down this path alone. This is the combined journey of numerous clients, training partners, colleagues and friends who have all had the burning desire to push their physical boundaries beyond the horizon. No matter what your goals are you will find a great routine that is perfectly suited to your individual needs.
A constant driving force behind the creation of Australian Weight Training is to cater for a broad spectrum of passionate weight trainers. Everyone has a different goal and a unique story. This site is for Bodybuilders, Fitness/Physique Competitors, Personal Trainers, Athletes and anyone who wants to be fit, strong and healthy.
