It's based on a basic belief of mine that you go to the gym to train, not to rest. There's plenty of time to do that outside the gym. So if there was a training system that exercised one muscle, then immediately trained a completely opposite muscle you wouldn't be losing any time. Right?
This means if you go to the gym for a 60 minute workout, I've got it down to only 30 minutes without sacrificing the quality one bit.
Or if you're totally committed to getting your dream body even faster, you can do a 1 hour workout but get 2 hours of training done!
My system is unique, efficient and extremely effective. It eliminates the one or two minute rest between different sets of exercises. But the way I do it, you won't feel as though you're working any harder. There are two types of exercises that are combined to do this. The first are Pre-Exhaustion Supersets and the second are Agonist-Antagonist Supersets which are simply an exercise for one muscle immediately followed by an exercise for the opposite muscle.
I've tested it on men and women. People as young as 15 and as old as 68! People who want to lose weight, people who want to gain muscle and people who want to tone up and look fantastic. Quite simply, it never fails to double the effectiveness of any workout.

I guess you could say I've got a natural talent for knowing how to do it right. I'll tell you why. You see I was a country boy from the NSW Mid North Coast and at the age of 14 my Mother got a job as an aerobics instructor in the nearby town so I tagged along once and tried out the gym. The date was the 3rd of March 1994 and I remember it clearly because...
...it was the date my life changed forever.
I fell in love with weight training and I bulked up really fast. I devoured every bodybuilding book and magazine I could get my hands on and experimented with new exercises and training programs. Within a year I won a national bench press competition.
By 16 I was working at the gym, and writing programs for myself and members. And there aren't too many that can lay claim to writing training programs for adults before they even finished high school!
But I couldn't get enough. I kept studying every book, magazine and program I could get my hands on and ended up completing my Human Movement and Sports Science degree at Southern Cross University.
Put simply: I was obsessed!
From then I started 'Beyond Your Goals Personal Training' and I haven't looked back.
