My passion for fitness was sparked when I was 14. Being a chubby kid at school I finally decided I wanted to change. I went down to my local pool and swam laps 6 days a week until I transformed my body. I couldn’t believe how great exercise could make my mind and body feel.

Qualifications and Experience

Certificate 3 and 4 in fitness.

Civilian fitness leader at HMAS Watson Gymnasium for three years: conducting fitness tests, writing exercise programs and providing nutritional advice for navy personnel.

Personal training since 2004.
